Franchise Training
- You will learn to operate your state-of-the-art GrassRoots tanker truck.
- Our simple sale system teaches you how to make a call, measure the property, and activate service in less than five minutes.
- GPS routing and scheduling keep your trucks moving efficiently from home to home.
- Business management tools for easy easily tracking expenses and employee time cards.
- Our built-in sales funnel and automatic payment process gives you the time to focus on what’s most important, customer service and creating more customers.
As a member of the GrassRoots franchise team you receive the following training.
Initial Training Program: Training is held at GrassRoots headquarters located near Atlanta, Georgia. This is a two-week program typically scheduled six weeks prior to the franchise opening.
On-Site Training: Training held at the franchise location for 2 to 3 days to assist in the commencement of operations.
Refresher Training: Franchisee must attend one or two days of refresher training up to twice a year.
